Acne Calming & Barrier Repair Serum

The name really fits because this serum keeps my skin hydrated for a long time. The texture feels lightweight, yet it still feels like it sinks deep into my skin, so I could comfortably use it even during dry weather. It does not feel sticky no matter how many layers I apply, which makes it perfect for everyday skincare. As someone who cannot stand sticky products, this is exactly what I was looking for. It also works well before makeup and leaves my skin feeling comfortable, so I definitely want to keep using it.

My skin is always dehydrated because of how dry it is, so I am constantly searching for hydrating serums and moisturizers. I still had not found a serum I wanted to stick with, but this one has the best moisturizing power out of all the hydrating serums I have tried. It absorbs immediately, but instead of only making the surface feel moisturized, it feels like it hydrates my skin from within. It is moisturizing, soothing, and gentle enough to use even when my skin feels sensitive.

My high school daughter has been getting a lot of acne, so I bought this after hearing that Blanc Nature products are good for blemish-prone skin. She has only used it for a few days, so it’s still too early to tell. I’ll leave another review after she has used it longer.

This is my first time trying a serum, so I hope it works well. Since it contains cica, I’m hoping it will be a good match for my child’s skin.
